"budgetary control" = controlling the money coming in and going out of a household, business or government (called "a budget") to make sure that a goal is reached. This goal can be a "balanced budget" (when money out equals money in), a "surplus budget" (when less money goes out) or a "deficit budget" (when less money comes in). “预算控制” =控制进出家庭,企业或政府的资金(称为“预算”),以确保达到目标。 此目标可以是“预算平衡”(当钱等于钱时),“盈余预算”(当钱少时)或“赤字预算”(当钱少时)。
